You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if any item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package so we can review the issue and help make it right. When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Claims reported after 72 hours may not be eligible for replacement or other resolution.

Exchanges
The easiest and fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This helps ensure you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable law. Returned items should be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
